I leapt out of bed one day. It was earlier than normal. The sky was a soup of blue night & gray sunshine touched clouds. Despite the call back to bed, beaconed by the looks of our day, I wanted to awake with kind intentions. Not just your everyday kindness, known human to human kindness, but the kindness that is a mystery. The random compliment, the simple smile, the heartfelt gratitude, the small acknowledgement & humble appreciation.

Inspired by Adobe's First Impression Font Power Pack, I set out on my mission. My process paired each font with another from First Impressions; complimenting & contrasting form with juxtaposition.

The RAM was my biggest challenge, working around processing limitations. I did each layer individually: the quote copy, the background, the credit, the logo, & the glass effects. Each poster required a lot finesse of color combination to authentically represent the power of spoken word, when matched with visual vibrancy.
