Sign Design
HUB Realty signage is simple, with high contrast. This look can be seen from varying distances. The focus has and important hierarchy, one which focuses on the team, second the contact and third the individual agent.
Blue Spruce Green was chosen for high contrast during weary winter months. The high contrast seasonality approaches position during the down time of real estate sales. The color says we approach every season with a positive, supportive, professional attitude.
Social Media Campaign
HUB Realty Instagram series offers a reel with the same overlay. The consistency of the overlay gives the reader different visual opportunities to be inspired to act. This speaks to the individual new client’s needs. Whether the home buyer is interested in kitchens, remodel/renovations, or big yards, the links and information can be engaged with consistently across the experience.
The concept reduces times on social media preparation and eliminates error. The workflow design will help HUB redirect energies to secondary customer touch-points. And when HUB measures metrics of this approach, than can better determine what piece of information customers are engaging with visually.

Panel web design, with subtle image and color overlaps, guide the reader’s experience by incorporating a scrolling visual narrative. A Blue Spruce Green, 60 px, column and 0.5 px line map the narrative hierarchy. My subtle graphic directs the readers' experience through contextual statements, while keeping them in the overarching hierarchal flow. The repetitive use of icons and type create an experience which can be thoughtlessly navigated.
The photographic treatment, which transitions from color to black and white, portrays the many qualities of the HUB team. They are a family owned business, centered at the heart of their geography, with the professional knowledge to safely secure your a forever home.
